‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to get things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies.
It looks like we’re heading into a slow episode as we get ready for another build up in a couple of storylines, and things could get interesting.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, July 21: Family arguments happen
Nothing like a good old fashioned Newman family argument, though we suspect this one will be more subdued than we’ve come to suspect.
While Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) isn’t going to be happy with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle)’s personal life once again, we don’t think it’ll get too heated.
But then, saying they share a difference of opinion feels like we’re really downplaying it when it’ll probably be so much more.
Of course, this whole thing will most likely start because Victor will take Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott)’s suggestion to see Victoria in person to congratulate her, and things will go from there.
Victor will be grudgingly polite and might succeed in avoiding throwing out a barb or two for the early part of their meeting, but we think things will get heated at some point.
Victoria really hasn’t made her intention to take over the company a secret with her actions, and this merger may be part of her grander plan to solidify her position to oust Victor.
For Victor’s part, he could fall asleep at the switch and miss what’s coming, but will be really oust Victoria because she’s proving herself instead of obeying his whims?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, July 21: Phyllis’ confession
So, it looks like Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is going to confess what she’s done, and CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers don’t think there are enough hours in the day for that.
So, we think she’s going to fill in Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) on what she knows about Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner).
The problem is, she doesn’t know a lot but she’ll want to be open with Nick so there aren’t any misunderstandings and so he can come bail her out without a ton of questions if need be.
We love how much Phyllis has grown over the last year, and this will be another step in that regard as she brings Nick up to speed.
And of course, Nick will volunteer to help in any way he can. Phyllis may try to turn him down, but we doubt he’ll give in since this will involve their daughter.
Will Victor be gracious, or does he suspect something might be up?
