‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close the week off with some fun spoilery goodies.
This episode is going to be one of those where perfect moments will be fished for to get the best reaction possible from us, and since we’re going to have some comfort food on hand it’ll probably work.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, July 9: Goodbye, Summer
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has been in Italy with Summer Newman (Hunter King) since she headed there, but he’s going to head back home and that means a toughing, tearful goodbye.
Times like this are never easy, and CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers are sure this is going to be mined for that one perfect moment for us to remember it, and we expect nothing less.
We also won’t be surprised if Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) show up in this episode to add to the feels and have an official sendoff.
This is where it could get interesting, as Victor and Nikki could have their own episode to say goodbye to Summer, so this may not be the final goodbye.
Anything’s possible at this point, and we’re ready for whatever’s thrown at us.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, July 9: Welcoming Abbotts
This is one that has ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers scratching our heads a little as the only ones we can think of being welcomed into the Abbott family were already welcomed.
Of course, this could just be the official “welcome to the family” for Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) and her son, Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez).
We’re also thinking this could be more for Harrison than Tara, since he’s Abbott blood, and it’ll open up a chance for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to grow closer to Tara when he comforts her for being passed over for her son.
This will also be another perfect moment as it’ll be used to really get us riled when Tara’s deception involving Summer is found out and Kyle runs off after her.
Still, this should be as heartwarming as Summer’s goodbye will be heartbreaking. It’ll give the episode a good balance and a little of everything emotions-wise.
