‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set with some spoilery goodies to close the week out in style.
With this week’s climactic episode behind us, we’re curious if they have something more scheduled for this episode to top it or at least match it.

One segment that could do the trick in matching the drink war is when Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) share their agenda for Newman Media.
We doubt it’ll be a simplistic announcement, so there could be some interesting gems in this one.
This should be a fun one simply because we’ll hear what Victor and Adam have been planning for the last couple of months, and it should answer some questions Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and others have.
One thing that we’re sure will happen is they’ll throw down the gauntlet for Billy and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) as to what’s to come.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, September 3: Haunting past
To balance the celebratory feel the announcement may bring, we’re going to be with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) as she’ll be dealing with the aftermath of being held weeks or months.
This is going to be a hard scene and we’re going to have some comfort food handy just in case. With that being said, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers hope they don’t overplay this angle.
Still, it’s an important storyline that’ll help others that have been through similar circumstances, not to mention those that haven’t been able to come out of their homes for the last year and a half.
It’ll also help others to gain an insight into what it’s like and can help grow empathy for those going through those situations.
As an added flavor, we think it’s likely that we’ll see Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) possibly arguing again as they’ll blame themselves to not acting sooner.
They may even blame each other for not figuring things out, but Mariah will be another to keep an eye on as her frustration will undoubtedly boil over a few times.
This storyline definitely has a lot of possibilities, and we’re curious to see which direction they’ll go and if the writers will go really deep into it and let Mariah run the emotional gambit.
