If you tuned into this week’s Raw, you might be surprised that all the advertised matches were changed. The matches advertised were John Morrison Vs. The Miz and other matches that never appeared on Raw. The Miz Vs. John Morrison, Eva Marie Vs. Doudrop, WWE Champion Bobby Lashley Vs. Sheamus. The Miz and Morrison match alone makes the whole Raw worth watching. The payoff to their story coming to new heights but was changed by Vince. It was reported that the show was put together two hours before Raw and was ripped up seven times.
The worst Vince has been
PWInsider initially reported that Vince was at his worst. Ripping up many different variations of the script and turning down good ideas. This was said by multiple sources outlining how bad Vince was just hours before the show. Some say that this was the angriest they have seen Vince. The matches that got changed, too, weren’t that bad apart from the Flair Vs. Nia match, but still hours before the show, it can’t be easy working in WWE creative at the moment.
Is Raw in trouble?
This isn’t out of the blue, and it’s happened many times in the past with the script getting ripped up mere hours before the start of Raw. Some reports in the past have even mentioned the show being written when Raw is on air. It could be tied down to how the USA Network has been unhappy with the current product of WWE Raw and the fact that a lot of top wrestlers are being thrown on Smackdown rather than Raw. On the other hand, it could be that this was why Vince was not in a good mood.
