‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out with either a cliffhanger or a shocker, delivered by one Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell).
We’ve come to expect bad news when Christine pops in and this may continue that trend, so lets get to the spoilery goodies and see what could be coming our way.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, October 22: Future plans
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Ashland Locke (Richard Burghi) are going to continue celebrating their marriage by making plans for the future.
This is going to be a heartfelt and touching moment as it’ll bring up Ashland’s mortality, so they’ll plan to make every moment count.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think it’s likely they’ll also plan for beyond Ashland’s estimated end date as a way of motivating him and giving them something more to look forward to.
This will also be the calm before the storm as his past will come out before too long, and when it does we think it’ll rock Newman Enterprises to their foundation.
Ashland will be the “hero” and claim he buried it deep enough the Newmans could find it in hopes of saving their company, but that’s a story for another day.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, October 22: Christine’s news
Whelp, with Cricket arriving to give some more “shocking” news, we’re betting it has to do with Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) for good or ill.
To be honest, after spending months character assassinating Chance they should’ve killed him off, but since they didn’t he’s probably returning.
If he is, we’re curious who will be playing him since Donny was fired. We can also forget the last year of horrible storylines didn’t happen.
That is, of course, if he’s coming back. If not, it’ll give the show the chance to try to payoff a year’s worth of bad to lazy writing in an arc that should’ve been done months ago.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, October 22: Noah returns
Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will get the surprise of the year when Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) pops in for a visit.
It’ll be just what she needs after all the drama her family’s been dealing with, and it’s going to be fun seeing her reaction to his news.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are pretty sure she doesn’t know he’s coming back to Genoa City full time, so that news will send her over the moon and we’re excited to see her reaction.
