‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close out the week with some fun spoilery goodies.
We’re going to be a couple of interesting plot twists but nothing too out of the ordinary ass we circle back to a couple of tried and true storylines.
But we think this is where the twists come in, and they could be interesting.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, October 29: Abby looks for support
All we have to say is it’s about time Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) skipped over her cadre of enablers and went to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) for help.
Now that she’s skipping the middle people, Victor will be able to put his swarm of private eyes onto finding Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) and bringing him home.
He’ll also find the right words to comfort and soothe her when she needs it the most.
This will be a touching scene as Victor can be the loving and caring father when he’s not pitting his children against each other, and we miss this side of him.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, October 29: Reality check time
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will be ready to lay it all out and she’ll shock Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) with a hardcore reality check.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect this to be a really emotional scene as the feels will be flowing as Phyllis will open herself up and admit she tries to sabotage herself and her relationships.
When she’s done unloading and explaining herself and her problems and fears to the best of her ability, Nick will be blow away and share some of his and they’ll have a meeting of the minds and hearts.
In the end, we think they’ll each have a choice to make. Phyllis will want to fight to make their relationship work, and Nick will too.
There is a chance that Nick will think it’s best if he walks away for making her feel like this, and this time Phyllis won’t be the one running away.
We’ve been waiting for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to be the lynchpin that’ll break Nick and Phyllis up, and this could be the moment of truth as Nick’s insecurities and frustration could get the best of him.
We hope they both suck it up and work through it. They’re a fun couple and are always good for a laugh or a smile.
