The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out with some fun spoilery goodies.
We’re going to deal with some of the fallout from the Big Reveal, which has caused some internal strife and the only ones not forgiven are the ones trying to gather the information so Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) had all the information she needs.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, October 8: Opposing sides
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) once again skated away from meddling in a family member’s life without a scratch, but Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) won’t let him get off that easily.
In fact, she’s going to debate that the wedding should be called off because she’s worried about Victoria’s broken heart and happiness.
Victor will mirror his daughter’s claims and say the wedding must go on to save the company and Victoria will heal. In other words, he loves her but the company comes first with her a real close second.
This will be a spirited debate, but ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect Nikki to say her piece and then quietly try to hold everything together for the umpteenth time.

Victoria will make a decision about her and Ashland Locke (Richard Burghi)’s future.
Honestly, this seems like a foregone conclusion since she already said the wedding will go on, but looking deeper we think it’ll refer to whether she can ever trust him again.
She might be able to at some point, but we don’t think it’ll be before his time is up and she’ll tell him this.
Ashland will be heartbroken and apologize and say how he wishes things were different for the millionth time, but he’ll accept her choice and do what he can to maintain a united front and try to end the problem.
This is meant to be a heartbreaking scene, and while it will bring some feels we think it’s going to lack the punch it could’ve had after being dragged out for so long and the false finishes.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, October 8: Mariah’s up to something
Given her recent actions and the trauma she’s been under, we’re curious what surprise Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will have for Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks).
Part of us expect her to walk in with another baby, but most likely it’ll be a romantic setting to show Tessa how sorry she is and hope they can start things over.
Tessa could take it as a way of Mariah sucking up, but we doubt she’ll say anything.
