Halo Infinite was originally meant to release alongside the new generation of Xbox. But was delayed to December due to the graphics not being up to scratch for the next generation. Now we have seen a lot more of what the new Halo will look like after the delay, and it looks like Halo Infinite might be something special and the Halo game that a lot of fans are waiting for.
Of course, we are still a couple of months away, and we may see more of the game or even a delay. But at the moment, it’s looking like Halo Infinite might be on its way to an outstanding release.
Massive graphical update
The biggest standout of the recent information and trailers for Halo Infinite is the upgraded graphics. Going from the very poor looking rendered graphics to some next-generation graphics is a massive change.
The main enemy, Craig, is the core change, who had near to no detail. Now, he has had a full upgrade with a lot of fantastic detail and confirms that we will fight him, which is a nice little touch.
An open-world is no surprise
Then we have the open-world elements that have been revealed. This wasn’t a massive surprise as, to a certain extent, Halo kind of always felt slightly open world but held back mostly through the early games. But now that we’re in a new generation Halo going into the full open world is very welcome, and felt like it was going that way in the earlier games. Open world elements compared to other games are definitely welcome.
