‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ Spoilers reveal that star, Kim Kardashian reportedly bought Kanye West out of their Los Angeles mansions for $23 million amid their divorce.
Kim Kardashian Procures The Mansion She Used To Share With Kanye West
Kim and Kanye have remained friends since their divorce. They have supported each other through different career endeavours. They have also been spotted having dinner multiple times without their kids. Kim showed up at all of Kanye’s Donda Album listening parties, and Kanye also supported her for her Saturday Night Live debut.
People was able to obtain legal documents filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court 12 and it shows that Kim has procured their shared house and “all finishings, furniture, fixtures, appliances’ collectibles, silver and art,” for $23 million as part of she and Kanye’s divorce proceedings.
It was stated in the document that $20 million of the confirmed price allots for the home itself, while $3 million goes towards the properties in the mansion. The duo bought the property for $20 million in 2014 and later upgraded it, using the service of Belgian architect Axel Vervoordt, and the renovations took place up until December 2017. It was even aired on KUWTK. Kim and Kanye lived with Kris Jenner’s home until the renovation was complete.
Kim Kardashian Holds On To The Memories Made In The Mansion
In September, Kim Kadarshian wanted to expand her home in Hidden Hills by adding an “underground vault, subterranean parking, an attached subterranean ‘wellness center’ and a detached guardhouse,” but the plans were put to stop after her neighbour filed a complaint against the Hidden Hills Community Association to not allow the KUWTK star to build upon and flatten two hills to expand her house.
The resident, Sarah Key said that Kim’s plans would put “community members at risk of catastrophic bodily injury and irreparable real personal property damage” if she built over the two high-pressure gas transmission lines. No one knows if she was successful in her plea.
Kim has spent a lot of time and money on her Hidden Hills mansion and was ready to pay her ex-husband, Kanye out so that she could keep it. The home is their children’s first home and she doesn’t want to give that memory up just yet.
