’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers finds that Loren Brovarnik is being praised by her fans and followers for her the workout progress pic that she shared. Loren and her husband, Alexei welcomed baby Shai Josef in April 2020 and they left their fans in shock when they announced that they were expecting their second child in less than a year later. They welcomed their baby this year and are now a family of four. 

She has also been hitting the gym early in the morning even though she hates working out. Recently, she told her fans that, “For all you mamas out there going through it, you gotta get up and you gotta do it. You’ve got this; you’ve gotta start!”

Loren captioned the picture with, “Pre-Friday,” and her husband, Alexei hyped her up in the comment section, writing, “Hot [momma],” adding fire emojis. Co-star, Anny Francisco also wrote, “Girl you look beautiful.” 

 Fans quickly took to Loren’s comment section to praise her good looks. One fan wrote, “Girl, you did that!!!!” In response to that fans comment, Loren opened up about her progress, saying, “Hard work! And still a ways to go!”

 

 She also shared how she remains kind to herself while she does her workouts. Loren said, “But I keep reminding myself, I carried and birthed 2 babies in 2 years.”
