‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set for what looks to be an interesting episode and we have the spoilery goodies to prove it.
It’s going to be a fun ride as we get to see some tough love as well as emotions flowing, so we’re grabbing some popcorn to be safe.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, November 9: Victor won’t budge
Since Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is so intent on destroying Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), he’s not going to listen to anyone when it comes to halting his latest attempt.
Not even if, as ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers suspect, the pressure come from his darling Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
She’s going to try to get him to see reason about what it’s doing to his daughter and new son in law, but Victor will stick with the schtick “I’m protecting my family.”
This should be a fun one as we’re curious how hard Nikki will push him and if she’ll have any effect at all.
We doubt she will since he does what he wants anyway, and with him being so close to finishing things it’ll be next to impossible to push him back. But there’s always a chance, right?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, November 9: Jack’s tough love
After trying to help Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) every way he knows, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will have an epiphany that he’s her comfort blanket, and she’s his.
It’s because of this she hasn’t been able to or wanted to face things with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
So, he’ll back off and put some distance between them as he’ll let her figure things out without having a safety blanket to wrap herself in.
Of course, she’ll see this as a betrayal and it’ll only frustrate her more, but we think it’s the right move and can only help her figure things out with Nick better.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, November 9: Devon’s frustration boils over
Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) has spent a good portion of the last few months railing against Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) and we think he’s really going to lose his cool.
We suspect it’ll mainly be because Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) is continuing down her own path on mental instability and he’ll be the first to put a hard stop on enabling her.
As since she wants to go in search of Chance, it’s definitely a good reason and timing.
Now, we won’t be mad her at per se, but she hasn’t mentioned the baby once and that could be what finally breaks him.
Will Devon cross a line with Abby and will the others back him up, or will he become furious at something else entirely?
