‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers reveal that Ingo Rademacher, who recently left the hit TV show General Hospital over his failure to comply with the vaccinate mandate, has decided to sue the TV network ABC.

Ingo, for his part, had failed to comply with the networks requirement that all actors have to be vaccinated.
But rather than Ingo simply being an anti-vaxer, the actor had apparently wanted to exercise his right in having an exemption recognised, especially since it was on the grounds of his religion.
In response, his attorneys John W. Howard and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr have decided to go ahead with a legal case and sue the network.
According to the court documents, Ingo has stated the following: “I am entitled to a religious exemption against mandatory vaccination for COVID-19 on the basis of my deeply and sincerely held moral belief that my body is endowed by my creator.”
Therefore, there is a feeling that Ingo could end up getting some redress for the following reasons. First of all, a genuine exemption that has not been recognised would allow him to sue on the grounds of religious discrimination.
Secondly, in any event, such an action could also constitute a breach of his privacy given that the actor would otherwise be mandated to take something into his body which he does not agree with.
As a result, Ingo is of the view that the Covid-19 vaccine has become increasingly politicised with anybody refusing to take it being viewed in a negative light.
The document added: “This should not be a political issue. There is no need for everybody to get the COVID-19 shot, even if the president demands it.”
The response on social media was divisive. Although there were a subset of people who sympathised with Ingo, others saw it as being a choice that was taken by an individual employer and therefore totally within the rights of the TV network to enforce.
One person on Twitter wrote: “I’m glad he’s standing his ground for his beliefs!! Isn’t that what the constitution is supposed to be about!!”
