The separation process had been going on well, with the duo showing that they didn’t want the process to affect their relationship with the four children they share–North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
Recently, there were rumors that Kim K had moved on, and was now seeing Pete Davidson, which they eventually confirmed. But as for Kanye West, separation looks like a hard pill to swallow. He had made various statements to show that he was not willing to give up on his marriage, no matter what.
Kanye West Wants Kim Back
In November, Kanye West spoke about the divorce on Revolt’s “Drink Champs,” he spoke about Kim’s talk on Saturday Night Live. “SNL making my wife say ‘I divorced him’ on TV because they just wanted to get that bar off and I never have seen the papers. We’re not even divorced… no jokes to me, my kids want their parents to stay together. I want their parents—I want us to be together.”
Also, in December, in a benefit concert that was held in Los Angeles where West performed ‘Runaway,’ he tweaked the lyrics of the song a bit, pleading with Kim singing, “I need you to run right back to me. More specifically, Kimberly.”
It was a day after this event that Kim filed to use her maiden name instead of West. This will allow her to officially end her marriage to Kanye West, while other factors are being put in place—like custody and finances.
