‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers here and we’re set to head into the weekend for a little break, but first we’re closing the week out in style and we have plenty of spoilery goodies to share.
As we ready to head into the Christmas week, we’re in for some fun storylines. One of those is that the possession storyline will be heading to its conclusion but not without causing some more mayhem.

Now that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) have finally met and dashed Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien)’s hopes to avoid it, Xander will get some answers.
Maybe.
The one he’s definitely going to get is that Rex and Susan Horton (Linsey Godfrey) weren’t together, and Rex will be a little condescending since Xander won’t be able to figure out what happened.
This will get interesting pretty quick.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Friday, December 17: Not-Marlena plays with Belle and Shawn
Not-Marlena Evans (Diedre Hall) is going to put her plan in motion to torment Belle Black (Martha Madison) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer), and we think she’s going to take Belle’s form to do it.
Just like when she pretended to be John, we think she’s going to become Belle and grab some Christmas themed lingerie to seduce Shawn so Belle walks in on them.
This has some potential as it’ll go a long way into removing the two of them from the equation when it comes to the devil’s plans.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Friday, December 17: Philip’s alive
We called it and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) discovered her son in her room at the Pub. The question now is what will she do with this information?
It seems obvious that she’ll help Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) keep his secret long enough to really mess with Brady Black (Eric Marsolf) and Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin).
We don’t doubt she would if there’s something in it for both of them, but will she really let Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) go on believing his son is dead just so Philip can get some revenge?
She could look at it as a chance to pay Victor back for being so hard on Philip or any number of reasons. Philip could turn on her if she tries to tell anyone.
One thing that’s for certain, when this is over we don’t see a way for Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) to remain DA after using Kate and Victor’s grief to get an arrest to fuel her ambition.
Victor will see to that and we’re looking forward to him doing so. Plus, we wouldn’t blame Brady or Chloe if they want to kill Philip after this trick. That should be interesting to see unfold.
