‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers here and we’re set to keep things rolling with some spoilery goodies that are bound to leave indigestion.
With the possession story now in the rearview mirror, Salem’s switching to enjoying the rest of their Christmas and New Years celebrations.
And since it’s Salem, that means there’s going to be plenty of mayhem coming so we’d better buckle up.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Wednesday, December 29: Forget Sarah
Since forgetting Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) is impossible for Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will try her best to distract him and get him off her trail.
This will be easier said than done as Xander can be as stubborn as a mule, but she won’t let it deter her. In fact, we’re curious what antics she’s going to come up with to keep him from digging deeper to find his former fiancé.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Wednesday, December 29: Eric’s back
With the devil vanquished, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will stop by to visit Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and it’s going to be a good exchange between them.
There’s every reason to think he’ll go there to ensure there are no hard feelings, and that’s probably his main reason, but ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers think it’ll also be to thank Nicole.
Eric will want to tell her that her words convinced him he needed to go back to the church and that had a huge hand in his being able to save Marlena Evans (Diedre Hall).
This will be a touching scene, and we’d love for Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) to hear their exchange just for the added entertainment reasons.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Wednesday, December 29: Maggie’s good deed
Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) will approach Jack Deveraux (Mathew Ashford) about forgiving Gwen and welcoming her back as his daughter.
Jack will be resistant to the idea, but Maggie is good at communicating and convincing people to see her point of view so we have no doubt she’ll make some headway with him.
What’s going to make this one a little rough is she’ll be doing this at Xander’s behest so Gwen can have her father back, and when he learns she tried to keep him from finding Sarah it’s not going to have a happy ending.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Wednesday, December 29: Sami gives EJ a chance
It may take some pleading and convincing on EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel)’s part, but Sami will relent and listen to his side of the story, which will include his theory that Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) had her kidnapped.
Sami won’t believe it, but she’ll still do some digging because it’s what she’s good at. When she does learn the truth Lucas better move to the moon because that’s the only way she won’t shred him. Maybe.
