‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Kathy Hilton will reportedly make a return to the new season after previously failing to agree to a new contract.

According to reports, Kathy was hesitant over appearing on the show due to the fact that she felt she was not highly valued by the producers.
However, following very intense negotiations, it turns out that a deal has apparently been agreed for her to appear on the 12th season. Prior to that, Kathy had allegedly refused to engage in any filming until she had been given more money.
But with that out of the way, fans can rejoice at the fact that Kathy will be hitting the screens. And looking back, there is a feeling that it was inevitable given the desire for people to see Kathy returning.
During a prior interview with Access, fellow housewife Kyle Richards spoke on how she was confident that Kathy would be a part of the franchise. She said: “There’s a lot going on. But I think that that will happen. I’m pretty sure. I’m hopeful.”
Aside from the obvious pay negotiations, Kathy had a lot of stuff on her mind. And none other than her daughter Paris Hilton’s wedding to contend with.
And given that Paris has now officially tied the knot with her husband Carter Reum, Kathy has plenty more time to focus on things in which she wants to have a hand in.
Kyle stated: “I think she will. Right now, she’s been busy with Paris Hilton’s wedding, and they were also filming that.”
The response on social media was divisive with some people not being too impressed by Kathy’s return. After all, she has been accused of failing to provide adequate entertainment in a franchise that has been so synonymous with creating headlines.
One person on Twitter wrote: “Other than a couple of whimsical slightly humerus moments I don’t see her as added value. I don’t see her having or sharing a storyline which is probably why she’s a friend of.
