The 53-year-old Kentucky native exclusively revealed to Us Weekly that he’s dropped 10 pant sizes since he started working on his body. David has been exercising at the gym and changing his eating habits, with the support of his wife, Annie Suwan.

“It’s a slow progress,” David shared on Tuesday, January 4. “I didn’t gain it quickly and I’m not gonna lose it quickly.” He continued to say that he does not have a specific goal weight in mind, but he will continue until he feels more “comfortable” in his skin.

However, David Toborowsky has found ways to eat some of his favorite foods. He shared that he makes his breakfast sandwich with turkey bacon and low-fat cheese. “I’m not perfect with it,” the reality show star told Us. “Because if you go to a Mexican restaurant, you can’t just not eat a chip.”
He also eats more salads and low-carb wraps, and he’s been drinking a lot of water. To support her husband’s goals, Annie started her own and has dropped six sizes in the past year.
Annie does not shy away from engaging in a little tough love if she has to, though. She told the outlet that “I want to make sure he’s asleep before me, because I will look at the refrigerator if he tries to open [it] after dinner. Close the refrigerator and go back to bed with an empty stomach!”

Annie and David were introduced to fans on season 5 of the show, which aired in 2017. David proposed to his now-wife ten days after they met, and they got married in November 2017. They went on to settle down in Scottsdale, Arizona.
A new TLC special, David & Annie: After the 90 Days, will air on Monday, January 10, and it will document the couple’s trip to Thailand to bring Annie’s cousin and brother back to America.
“I wanted to show people that you can hit rock bottom [and] come back,” David explained why they filmed the special. “I think the importance of showing this journey is that I might be 53 years old, but life continues on and I want to make the most of it. Annie has given me the best years of her life, and I want to make sure that we can enrich all of our families.”
