‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to kick off the week with some Chancellor Industry spoilery goodies
Yep, it looks like this episode is going to be mainly based on Lily Winters (Christel Khalil)’s new vision for Chancellor Industries and some of the early headaches that will come with the rebranding and retooling.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, February 28: Lily heads a meeting of the minds
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect Lily will bring her new department heads together to let everyone get to know each other and to explain what their new jobs entail.
While it makes sense they know, as an audience, we were left largely in the dark so it’s a way to let us take a peak at what’s in store in the coming weeks and months.
This should be a pretty cool scene as we’re finally getting something new in the show that’ll inject some much needed life into it, but it’ll also follow standard operating procedures.
By that we mean there’s going to be some disagreements that’ll leave Lily wondering if she can do this job as her doubts and insecurities threaten to take hold of her.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, February 28: Jill steps in
With Lily reeling from what she’ll view as a failure, Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will either pay her a visit or call her to see how things are going.
Lily will share how it’s rough and she’s having a hard time getting everyone to buy into what she envisions. Jill will share her own experiences after taking over for Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper).
Jill will explain how she was taking over for a legend and nothing went right at first, but she found a way. She’ll then explain her trick and it may involve Lily letting her people do what they’re best at and they’ll find their way in her new vision.
Plus, we think she’ll point out that Lily has a solid support system in place and everyone wants to see her succeed and that’ll help galvanize Lily and get her ready to get things rolling.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, February 28: Amanda and Imani disagree
Something was bound to happen since Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) didn’t seem like she was all in on moving their services to Chancellor and giving up the autonomy of being their own bosses.
Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will try to soothe any tension, but we expect this to be a healthy back and forth between them that could cause some issues down the road and Imani could strike out on her own.
Will Lily be able to quell any uprisings before they get out of hand? Let us know in the comments below and check back with ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
