Kim Kardashian has responded to Kanye West’s war of words on social media by deciding to unfollow the rapper.

This move is clearly a response to Kanye’s decision to follow her lover, Pete Davidson on Instagram following the latter’s recent return to the platform.
Following that move, Kanye ruffled a few feathers when he called out the comedian over his prior jokes about him, which questioned his mental health.
But rather than engaging in a back-and-forth with the rapper, Kim has decided to be the bigger person and distance herself from him.
This decision was inevitable in light of everything that had happened. Kanye’s recent apology in which he admitted he needed to improve his communication skills was clearly disingenuous by virtue of the fact that he is now trolling the comedian.
This is even more worrying, given that Pete has also had his own share of mental health struggles with social media. So much so that he previously decided to leave the platform 2018 and let everyone know the exact reasons as to why.
In a statement at the time, he stated: “I just don’t wanna be on Instagram anymore. Or on any social media platform.The internet is an evil place and it doesn’t make me feel good.
“Why should I spend any time on negative energy when my real life is f–king lit.”
As well as the obvious struggles that Pete had been going through, Kim had also warned Kanye that there could be serious consequences if he did not clean up his act.
She was of the view that his continuous verbal exchanges could lead to an environment where Pete could suffer harm. After all, there is no shortage of overzealous fans on either side who are willing to support either of them.
In her comments at the time, Kim was alleged to have texted Kanye the following: “U are creating a dangerous and scary environment and someone will hurt Pete and this will all be your fault.”
