‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out in style with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
We’re in for another character building episode, and there is a good chance a couple of seeds will be planted for future storylines that could prove interesting.
There’s a few possibilities in this one, so let’s dive in and see what’s coming our way.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, April 1: Jack solves the puzzle
As much as Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters)’s sudden appearance shocked Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he’s had some time to recover and it looks like he’s going to be ready for her this time.

Which means he’s going to accept Diane’s invitation to return to the house and continue their discussion, which will be full of heartfelt pleas as she tries to explain herself.
We don’t think Jack will be buying anything she says, but there’s a chance part of him will understand. It doesn’t mean he’ll forgive her or anything like that, but she’ll hit a mark somewhere.
Of course, there’s also the possibility ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are way off and he’ll figure it out while talking to Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang).
At this point, either one works as it’ll set up another meet up down the road.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, April 1: Commiserating duo
With Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) following Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s lead out of vengeance as well as blind loyalty, Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) will find a kindred soul to commiserate with.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) knows all about the power of Victor’s sway as Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow)’s inability to break away from Victor’s influence was largely responsible for their breakup.
We expect this to be a fun scene as they may go so far as breaking out Victor voodoo dolls if they get fired up enough, but we doubt it’ll go that far.
There is a distinct possibility this will have ramifications down the road, and we’re curious if this means the end of Lauren and Michael’s marriage.
It wouldn’t be the first time blind adulation ended a relationship, and as much as we’d hate to see it happen it would be an interesting storyline if Michael’s addicted to Victor beyond reasoning now.
