‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to roll into the weekend with some spoilery goodies.
Damage control and plotting are the main topic for this episode, and it should get pretty interesting to see what’s going to come from the seeds being planted.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, March 25: Protecting Victoria
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers haven’t held back that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s first, second, and third concern was protecting his company and legacy with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) as a distant thought.
He even used preserving the company to bring everyone in with enough of helping Victoria sprinkled in to bring everyone onboard.
While he’s slowly changed to say Victoria’s his main concern, he’s going to take a step in the right direction by sitting down with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to put a plan in place to protect her.
We expect Victoria to be Nick’s main concern, but Victor will still emphasize the company above her.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, March 25: Growing closer
We think it’s safe to say it’s not Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso)’s intention to give Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) hope for a future together, but he may be doing just that.
He’ll continue to comfort her and their bond, albeit it’s one sided, will continue to grow.
It seems more and more likely they’ll have a relationship down the road, but whether it’ll be a happily ever after one or Chelsea kidnapping him and/or trying to kill Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is up in the air.
We’re leaning toward the latter since writers don’t like to buck trends, but they could surprise us. Sharon could end up being the one to push Rey away with her own insecurities, so we’ll have to wait and see.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, March 25: Adam reverts
It’s only fitting that after Victor tried to convince Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to revert to his old ways throughout their working together at Newman Media that Adam will revert back to usurp Victor and Victoria.
We don’t think he’ll be the Adam of old, but he’ll definitely come close to crossing the line as he tries to work some magic and take advantage of Victoria’s situation.
What’s going to be fun is Victor will condemn him for it at some point, but it’s exactly what Victor would do with his pawns, er, children if given the chance.
