Just recently, the model had been seen with Kanye in a Lakers game against the Washington Wizards. In keeping with that theme of basketball, the duo decided to attend another basketball game over the weekend.
In the picture here, we can see them court-side at the Miami Heat match against the Minnesota Timberwolves. They are both looking at each other, as they have a laugh and a smile.
Although reports suggest that they are not officially an item, there is no denying that they continue to spend a lot of time together. And yet, this has to be taken with a pinch of salt for the following reasons.
First of all, it is clear that Kanye is a huge fan of basketball. He has his very own basketball academy that he is in charge of and therefore is already a huge fan of the sport. As such, the presence of Chaney does not really add much value.
Secondly, these posts continue to arrive on the back end of Kanye’s ex Kim coming out official with Pete Davidson on Instagram. As such, it could be seen as a way for the rapper to show everyone that he is unfazed by Kim moving on.
Once again, the fans could not help but comment on whether Kanye was really being genuine with Chaney. This was based on the grounds that the rapper is only associating with her because of the publicity it creates by virtue of the model looking like Kim.
One person wrote: “Well he definately has a “type” that he likes…..” Kanye has to ultimately do what makes him happy. And if this results in him cooling off and moving away from Kim, then that should be welcomed.
It is clear that she has moved on, and perhaps Kanye is finally getting the message. There is only so much that he can say in the public domain before there comes a time where enough is enough.
