Luann de Lesseps has apologised for her behaviour after reports that she was kicked out of a gay bar.

Reports indicated that the star was thrown out after she had caused a scene while being drunk. This had occured as she was singing some songs at the piano bar Townhouse, Manhattan.
And as her language became very foul, things started to get out of hand very quickly. Matters were also not helped when Luann had apparently become outraged by the failure of the band to recognise her hit song, ‘Money Can’t buy you class.’
But now it seems that Luann has held her hands up for her behaviour. In a post to her fans on Instagram, she said: “This week, after a regrettable incident I was faced with the truth.
“I want to apologize to the staff at Townhouse and anyone else I may have offended by my behavior. Clearly my struggles with alcohol are real!”
Luann’s comments are very significant in light of the following factors. First of all, it is no secret that she has struggled with trying to stay sober in the past.
Just in 2017, she was apparently arrested for being drunk and disorderly. During the course of that process, she had allegedly told the officer: “I am going to kill you all.”
Secondly, it is clear that Luann may need some professional help to get her on the straight and narrow. After all, the last thing that she wants to happen is see herself going through a relapse.
Not only that, but this could have an impact on her real housewives career, if her life does spiral out of control. Her following comments confirmed as much: “While I’ve made great strides over the years, there’s been times I’ve fallen.
“It’s one day at a time! I’m in recovery and taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I’m grateful to my family and my friends for their constant support.”
