‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to dive into some fun spoilery goodies as things are heating up in Genoa City.
Some things never change, like Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) ignoring the wishes or well being of others to achieve his goals, while others are in a state of flux as Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) continues to work through his own situation.
It’s a good balance between the two and shows how much they’ve grown or not grown over the years, and things are going to get interesting before too long.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, April 5: His way
As we mentioned, Victor’s chief concern is driving Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) out of his company and family.

To do that, he’s going to continue to antagonize Ashland to keep pushing him off balance and we won’t be surprised that it’ll backfire at some point.
Victor will do something to disrupt Ashland and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle)’s plans to go to Tuscany, and we’re curious how he’ll do that.
He could pull some strings with customs to tie them up or with the family/company jet. Or even just instruct Victoria to see him or stop by himself right when they’re about to leave.
Despite Victoria saying she has a plan and asking everyone to trust them, Victor will continue to do what he wants to protect his company with Victoria a distant second.
This could push her closer to Ashland as she wants to find the truth and proof behind it, and that could lead to a whole other problem down the road.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, April 5: Jack has a secret
Since his return from LA, Jack’s had a lot to think over, and ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think it’s going to involve Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters)’s pleas and explanation for her disappearing.
There’s no doubt that Jack wants nothing to do with her and her outlandish plot, but he’s going to feel the need to warn others that she’s alive, and the first person he’ll tell is Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
We expect her to take the news of Diane’s return as well as Jack did, and it’ll put her on guard and ready to attack at the drop of a hat.
