‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out with some fun spoilery goodies.
Things are looking tense for the Newmans as they get ready for what should be the final leg of this storyline.
Of course, they had to squeeze at least one more reveal in for later on when Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle)’s scheme is revealed and she takes out Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and probably Ashland Locke (Robert Newman).
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, April 8: Victoria takes control
Since we already mentioned the possible outcome of Victoria’s plan, we think this is where the action will happen as she puts her foot down and informs everyone, especially Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), to back off.
She’s reiterate that she has a plan and it’s in motion and that they’ll catch the person responsible for those whole mess.
She may or may not mention Ashland, but she’ll put on a good enough performance that she may get Victor to settle down for once.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect Victoria’s strong play will encourage Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) to work on Victor some more about his penchant for putting Victoria after the business and to trust her.
Victor will promise that he won’t interfere, but we all know he will. He can’t help himself and it’ll create more tension down the line.
Until then, he’ll placate Nikki as best he can and wait to see if/when Victoria will start doing something he disagrees with and then he’ll step in.
At some point Victor’s action will come back to haunt him, and we could be seeing that starting here.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, April 8: Billy’s warned off
With things getting tense, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will be going a little stir crazy at what Ashland’s doing, and he’ll want to jump in to defend Victoria.
He’ll say it’s to protect his kids, but it’s really about protecting Victoria and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will see that. In fact, we think it’ll be pretty obvious.
So, she’ll do what she always does and that’s to try and talk some sense into Billy before she has to plan how to get away with murder.
It’ll be the same conversation they’ve had numerous times, and she’ll warn him that if he jumps in he could destroy his relationship with Victoria and their children in one shot.
But will he listen?
