The Logan Brothers, Jake Logan & Paul Logan, are popular in the entertainment business for some time now. However, their boxing matches had significantly boosted their popularity.
The popular YouTubers have been on the scene for almost 10 years and had gained popularity with many different stunts and video clips usually involving their brother rivalry, or shocking sights.
Joe Rogan Says the Paul Brothers Had Done A Lot Of Shit – They Are Not Lazy
Their YouTube channel included childish videos which did not target the ‘man public’. In order to bring more attention to themselves, and to target a larger audience the Logan brothers entered the boxing business. We might add that they happen to be very successful as well.
Jake Paul, for example, during his short boxing career has five wins, no losses, and no draw fights. He has a professional record of 5-0-0 which is a great result for someone who is ‘young’ in the business.
What made Jake Paul popular in boxing is his win with a knockout over the former UFC star Tyron Woodley. The UFC star has much experience in the fighting business and has been hit in the head more than the young Paul brother. This should have given Tyron an edge over Jake Paul. Yet, the fight ended with a one-punch knockout in Jake Paul’s favor.
On the other hand, you have the Logan Paul brother. He somehow managed to arrange a fight against the actual boxing champion Floyd Mayweather. Even though he did not win the fight, the fact alone that he had the popularity and the credibility to ask Mayweather for a fight speaks much about the Paul brothers’ reputation.
Big money is at stake. That’s why they can arrange everything that they desire. They gained popularity, and once you have that – you can have everything. You just need to be willing to do it.
You know you’ve reached the maximum level of popularity in the fighting business when you are getting attention from the greatest podcaster in the world – Joe Rogan.
In his recent podcast, the UFC commentary said: ‘You got to give credit to him – referring to Logan Paul – He’s done a lot of shit. You’ve got to give the guy props, he’s not lazy. He fought Floyd Mayweather in a boxing match. I don’t care if he’s 50 pounds heavier it’s still Floyd fucking Mayweather.’
Amazed by the fight against Mayweather Rogan’s amazement does not end there. He continued – “He and his brother are fucking animals. What they’ve been able to do is incredible. His brother knocked out Tyron Woodley. Do you understand that? With one punch. The fact that he knocked out one of the greatest welterweight champions of all time with one punch is fucking bonkers.”
Joe Rogan’s amusement by the adventure that these brothers are having is evident. Though, he thinks that only one of them is a legit fighter. He said that even though Logan has an athletic look, he does not have the fighting abilities of his brother. Jake on the other hand in Joe Rogan’s eyes has the potential of becoming a real star in the boxing world. He has the ‘legit power’ and skill to be a professional boxer.
So, that being said, maybe we would be interested in seeing more of Jake Paul. However, Logan should stay in the entertainment business for now.
