The reality TV star had met them after Pete had been in the area undertaking some film work for his latest movie. And in order to show his family just how much he cared for Kim, he felt it was no better time for her to see his grandparents.
This was particularly true since Pete has been getting to know those connected with the Kardashians after having met Scott Disick and Travis Barker recently. And by the looks of it, the comedian could not be in a better place.
A source said: “[Pete] couldn’t wait. It was definitely [the] next step in their relationship, and he’s overjoyed with getting to introduce his family to Kim.”
Just as Kim has won the seal of approval when it comes to family members, the same can be said of Pete. Further reports stress that Scott has developed a good relationship with him, especially since he has always been close with Kim.
Not only that, but by having Pete around, it has allowed him to navigate his own personal life, particularly since he is still hung up on Kourtney Kardashian. Another source remarked: “He’s glad he has another male to lean on when it comes to the Kardashians.
“Scott is protective of Kim and wants to make sure whoever she’s dating that she’s in good hands.” Nevertheless, fans still doubted whether the couple are going to last the course.
This was on the grounds that once the honeymoon period in their relationship was over, could Pete deal with having to have Kim’s kids in his life which would naturally include dealing with Kanye West.
One fan wrote: “Only a matter of time [before they break up.]” It is still too early to tell if the relationship will survive the test of time, but given everything that we have seen so far, the couple have every chance of making it work.
