Tonight should be an interesting one as Roman Reigns will inform us about what’s next for his Island of Relevancy, and Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss have a post-WrestleMania Happy Time.
We’ll kick things off at 8 p.m. EST and get WWE Smackdown Live Results rolling.
Segment 1
Ronda Rousey challenged Charlotte Flair to a I Quit match at Backlash, and Flair refused and told her to go abck to the end of the line.
Segment 2
Butch w/Sheamus, Ridge Holland vs. Xavier Woods w/Kofi Kingston
Butch started it off fast and furious, and despite having the bridge of his nose busted open, slammed Woods on the apron as we headed to commercial.
Segment 3
Butch dominated the match, but Woods rolled him up in a small package for the win. After the match, Butch slapped Sheamus and the Holland a few times before they calmed him down.
Segment 4
Sami Zayn complained about his match with Johnny Knoxville, and he demanded a match against the next person that walked through the door, and that was Drew McIntyre. Adam Pearce made the match for later in the ngiht.
Ludwig Kaiser introduced GUNTHER as we headed to commercial.
Segment 4
GUNTHER w/Ludwig Kaiser vs. Joe Alonzo
This was a quick, dominating debut for GUNTHER as he destroyed Alonzo before ending it with a powerbomb.
Segment 5
Happy Time exploded when Corbin blamed Madcap Moss for his loss to McIntyre, and after a back and forth Moss had enough and beat Corbin in and out of the ring and sent him packing.
Segment 6
Drew McIntyre vs. Sami Zayn
This was a quick one as Zayn kept trying to slip out, and McIntyre finally got tired of it and let him go for the Count Out win.
Segment 7
Lacey Evans returned in a speech type of vignette where she talked about what she went through to get where she is.
Segment 8
Sasha Banks w/Naomi vs. Liv Morgan
This started off as a good back and forth with Banks gaining the advantage after hitting a backstabber that sent Liv to the floor as we headed to commercial.
Segment 9
This was a good match that Liv won after rolling Banks up after Banks hit a superplex.
Segment 10
Reigns tasked the Usos with united the tag team titles by taking RK-Bros’ away. Shinsuke Nakamura came out and Reigns hugged him to show Bloodline love and Jimmy nailed him with a superkick.
Looks like Nakamura may be entering a tag feud, and with Boogs out does that mean Cesaro could be coming back?
