Pete Davidson has mocked Kanye West following earlier reports that the rapper had claimed that the comedian had aids.

While sources close to Kanye denied that the rapper had been doing such a thing, Pete nevertheless ran with that in order to include it in his stand-up routine.
In the show ‘“Netflix Is A Joke: The Festival at the Hollywood Bowl” Pete had apparently responded by stating he believed that he had aids because Kanye was a ‘genius,’ the implication being that the rapper cannot be wrong.
And to top that off, it is claimed that Pete followed this up by having a laugh at his own expense which could have been referring to his silence in response to the barrage of claims that were initially directed towards him by Kanye.
Pete was credited with saying: “It’s] weird when you can’t do anything about it.” Despite Pete making this as a joke, if Kanye’s prior track record is anything to go by, then we can expect the rapper to respond in kind.
And yet, things may be different this time for the following reasons. First of all, the backlash that Kanye had received including an Instagram ban following his racial slur against Trevor Noah, as well as being removed from Coachella 2022, may make him think twice.
Secondly, sources have stressed that Kanye is looking to turn the corner for the benefit of his family. A source stated: “For the sake of the kids, Kanye has told Kim he’s not making any public appearances or inflammatory social media statements.
“He will go away somewhere to get better.” The best thing that Pete can do is focus on his life and make sure that Kim is fine. And if that means potentially upsetting Kanye in the process, then so be it.
