Erika Jayne has opened up on what she misses about her time with Tom Girardi.

Tom, for his part, is no longer the same person that he was. The 82-year-old was declared not to be of sound mind when he was ordered to live in a care facility after having been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
And as part of that process, he has been placed under the care of his brother Robert who is in charge of his conservatorship.
Although Erika did file for divorce from Tom in 2020, the very fact of the matter is that they were married for over two decades. With that being said, it is understandable that she had fond memories of him.
In an interview with Page Six, she said: “Of course. I miss the Tom before he was ill. I miss the fun, bright, intelligent person that really liked to have a good time and was magic.
“I miss that, of course. But we all get old and we all come to this place in our life and he’s here.” Despite the good times they may have had, no one could forget the fact that the duo had gotten themselves involved in legal trouble.
Shortly after filing for divorce, the pair were accused of embezzling funds that were meant to be given to victims of a plane crash from the flight Lion Air 610.
But even with those issues hanging over here, Erika has been left troubled by how Tom’s health has declined rapidly. She added: “I take his call and it’s never more than 10 seconds. And sometimes he thinks I’m someone else.
“So there’s a lot of that. Tom reaches out from time to time.” The fans on social media, though, were very critical towards Erika.
People questioned the authenticity of her comments by suggesting that she just missed the lavish lifestyle that she was accustomed to. One person wrote: “The money, of course.”
