Hello and welcome to WWE Smackdown Results!
Tonight should be an interesting one with RK-Bro and the Usos facing off to unify the tag titles. This is one that could go on all night.
Let’s get to the action!
This show started off with Roman Reigns leading the Bloodline out for the first time in a few weeks since Reigns was reportedly injured against Brock Lesnar.
After Reigns demanded acknowledgment, he said tonight we’re not just acknowledging him but the Bloodline as well and handed it off to Paul Heyman.
Heyman went on his usual promo about Reigns being the GOAT and discarded the Steve Austins, the Rocks, and so on as Reigns would smash and pin them if they were all stacked up in the ring.
He talked about the Usos doing something no one ever did before – unify the titles.
Never mind there was only one tag title through most of the company’s existence.
Heyman added either the Usos win tonight or they don’t return to the Island of Relevancy.
Reigns told the Usos that the only reason he has high stakes for them is because he loves them and they embraced.
Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Sami Zayn
The match started fast as they traded moves early but Nakamura took over with a series of kicks.
Zayn took back control after he yanked him down by his hair and hammered away with rights and then a clothesline for a near pinfall.
Zayn headed to the top rope, but Nakamura knocked him down and missed a Kinsasha. Nakmura was then on the top rope when Zayn broke out the new weekly WWE move and pushed him off to the floor as we headed to the ring.

After a back and forth, Nakamura hit a running knee to buy some time and then went to work with a sliding kick and a kick to the back of the neck from the middle rope for a near pinfall.
Nakamura went for the kinsasha and Zayn ducked to the floor. Nakamura went after him and Zayn caught him with a Mishinoku Driver and Nakamura barely beat the count back into the ring.
Pat McAfee said it’s not a bad strategy after he called it cheap and compared it to quarterbacks throwing for a pass interference penalty.
Nakamura sent Zayn to the floor, and Zayn barely beat the count and ran into a kinsasha for the win.
Happy Talk
Happy Corbin was ready for his segment with the Andre the Giant trophy he used to injure Madcap Moss last week, and said this is the happiest he’s ever been.

He said he’s happy because of his actions last week and he was fined for it, but it was a work of art.
Corbin said Moss didn’t respect him and thought he could make him the butt of all of his jokes.
After bashing Moss some more, he destroyed the Andre the Giant trophy.

The match was underway when we returned form commercial, and Gulak got a few shots in to no effect and GUNTHER dropped him with a big boot, and then a couple of chops.
GUNTHER finished it with a powerbomb and stack for the win.
After the match, GUNTHER locked in a Boston Crab and Ricochet came out to help Gulak and GUNTHER and Kaiser casually left the ring.
