Unlike several of the 90 Day Fiancé stars who have undergone bariatric surgery, it is understood that Liz has been exercising frequently to achieve her weight loss goals.
She reportedly maintains a balanced diet and exercises three or four times a week. A few moments ago, the reality star advertised a health and fitness boot camp on social media. This alone enabled her to shed 17 pounds in just 28 days. Before now, as a means of staying fit, Liz used to forego meals.
However, she is currently using a new healthy diet and exercise routine. To get her weight loss off to a good start, she initially completed a full detox cleanse. A total of six pounds of her weight were lost in the detoxifying process. After that, she began exercising and eating two protein bars amid three meals a day.
Liz is now delighted to reveal that she does not starve herself in order to shed the pounds. Her new exercise routine has made her happier and more confident, and her heels dance classes have also made her feel great about herself.
