‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies.
This looks like it’s going to be a character building episode as some of the currently troubled characters get a boost and support from those they expect it from, and those they didn’t see coming.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Thursday, June 9: Sasha’s intervention
After her quick rebound from her son’s shoes arriving, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) had a bottle of pills knocked out of her hands by Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs).
While they look like they may have been aspirin, the timing as Brando Corbin (Brad Schmidt) walked in.
This is going to lead to questions being asked and Gladys telling what she thinks. Sasha will probably lash out a bit as she claims she’s not taking drugs, and that will put Brando in a difficult spot.
He’s going to be worried about Sasha as she’s been off since their baby died, and while the signs are there he may not want to cause her any more grief by pursuing Gladys’ claims.
If he goes this route, ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers are sure it’s going to blow up in his face at some point.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Thursday, June 9: Joss offers her support
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will continue to be stressing over the outcome of her academic future, and for good reason.
As she explained before, they don’t care what the legal proceedings say. It’s about brining shame to the university and if they’re willing to put up with that.
On the other hand, and Joss jacks (Eden McCoy) will point this out, just because it looks bad doesn’t mean they’ll kick Trina out of school.
They could just as easily choose to allow her to stay after seeing the support Trina has from Joss and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and that she needs to focus on that instead of the negative what ifs.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Thursday, June 9: Britt’s unlikely supporter
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has been through the wringer since she got her diagnosis and the hits just seem to keep coming, with the latest being a gif of her getting out of the pool.
While we suspect murdering Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) isn’t completely off the table, Britt will be focusing more on damage control and how to pull herself out of her current tailspin.
This will lead to her unlikely supporter Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) stepping up and giving her the pep talk to end pep talks.
Okay, so we may have exaggerated that part a little, but he’s going to encourage her to take back her power, and judging by her shocked expression Britt may actually listen to him.
Or break down under the pressure she’s been putting on herself. Either way, Cody’s going to launch himself into the possibility category with this move, and Britt and Brad can begin their friendly feud over him before too long.
