Reports state that Conor The Notorious McGregor adds one more place to his pub’s list. The acquired property is not in some suburbs or not attractive areas but in one of the most scenic and most attractive neighborhoods in the whole country.
This time he buys the Waterside Pub in Howth. As its name states, the pub is just near the water and has a beautiful view from the inside, as well as from in front of it. It’s close to the Howth Yacht Club and near the harbor, making it easy for The Notorious to jump in after a cruise in his brand new Lamborghini Yacht.
Conor McGregor Buys One More Pub In Dublin
He bought the yacht just months ago and still hypes about using it as much as possible. The luxury yacht reportedly costs around $4 million and has a custom-made inventory costing an additional $500 000. Furthermore, the location suits his dad as well. His father, Tony McGregor, is a passionate sailor and owner of a yacht as well.
This will be The Notorious’s third pub. A great addition to the existing two he already has. The Black Forge in Crumlin, and the Marble Arch in Drimnagh.
Conor McGregor is a pub owner that does not regret spending money on renovations and improvements. For example, he bought the Black Forge in 2020 for an amount of €2 million and added an additional million in renovations to make it a first-class place, attractive for everyone in the city.
Culinary reports state that his pub is one of the best places in Dublin where you can go out and have a meal. The food is tasty and top-quality, and moreover, you can get all this for a reasonable price.
On top of the sensational food that you can get there, you can be occasionally honored by a visit of the Notorious who allegedly spends much time in his pubs. Most often he goes there with his family, or friends to have a meal and drink.
McGregor has not been competing since mid-2021 when he undergoes a serious leg injury in his bout against Poirier. Since then he is obviously fully recovered and is more muscular than before. Rumors state that he might even up a weight class upon his return to the octagon.
He posts numerous training photos and videos to show his condition and to tease the public. While he demands a direct title shot from the UFC, the promotion is unsure if he deserves it. So first he might need to fight someone without a title to prove his skills once more. Maybe then, the UFC will allow him to continue and have a shot at the title.
The Notorious already calls out several fighters amongst whom the 170lbs Kamaru Usman.
