Joe Rogan goes to social media and shares his new hobby which he is evidently in amazement with. He posts a photo of a board with arrows on it. All of them in the central area. It looks like he found himself a great steam-releasing valve. Archery is a discipline that is first emerging around 10 000 years BC. At first, it is used for hunting, later for warfare, and lastly, since the 1900s it becomes an Olympic sport.
Joe Rogan is someone with very broad interests. He has several professions and is passionate about all of them. Rogan is a person that trains Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and Kickboxing for all of his life. He is an MMA fan and works as a color commentator for the UFC for more than 25 years. Furthermore, he is a host of the Joe Rogan Experience which is one of the most popular podcasts all over the world. And lastly, he becomes an archer.
‘One Of The Best Things’ – Joe Rogan Acquires A New Hobby And Is Amazed By It
“Final group of the day at 60 yards. I wish everyone found something that gave them the immense satisfaction of being accurate with a bow. Archery is one of the best things I’ve ever found for clearing my mind. This is especially satisfying because this is the first bow I’ve ever sighted in myself. My brother Cameron R. Hanes gave me this bow, his #keephammering signature Ventum 33. It’s phenomenal.” – Joe says in the description of the post.
The board that the UFC color commentator shares is struck in the center point five times, signaling that Rogan has some serious skill. He is hitting it from a distance of 60 yards which is a considerably fair distance for a beginner.
The color commentator was not commenting on the UFC 275 pay-per-view event that happened in Singapore just several hours ago. The event had a fight card featuring many sounding names, amongst which the main event contenders Glover Teixeira and Jiri Prochazka.
Jiri Prochazka delivers a submission in the fifth round and leaves victorious from the bout. Glover Teixeira faces his first defeat since 2019. Furthermore, he losses by submission, a rear-naked choke, one of his own signature moves.
Even though the fight happens to be a very entertaining watching experience, and is definitely in the run for ‘The fight of the year’, Jiri Prochazka does not find the satisfaction in his win.
“From my side, it was a horrible fight, horrible performance,” – Jiri says. He adds that he looks forward to fighting once more until the end of this year, to prove himself worthy.
The UFC fans and followers did miss Joe Rogan’s loud, yet colorful comments throughout the event. However, the commentary team did manage to deliver a great commentary experience. The team consists of Michael Bisping, who is replacing Joe Rogan, Jon Anik, and Daniel Cormier.
