According to Rob Kardashian ’s lawyer, he and Blac Chyna came to terms in regards to an arrangement that would get Blac Chyna to drop the charges against him in their upcoming revenge porn case.
According to documents (via TMZ), the agreement between Rob and Chyna would see Chyna drop her revenge porn charges against Rob in exchange for him helping her get a different lawsuit dropped.
This other lawsuit involves Chyna’s ex-boyfriend, Pilot James. The lawsuit that he filed includes both Rob and Chyna. It is for defamation and cyberbullying.
James claimed in that lawsuit that they exposed his sexuality and contact information, opening him up to “terrorist threats”.
Also, apparently, there is an actual contract that was signed by the two which Rob is trying to get the judge to enforce after Chyna is trying to back out of it for some reason.
Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna ‘s Previous Lawsuit
Before the upcoming revenge porn charges that Chyna has against Rob, there was another large case that happened.
This case was Blac Chyna against the entire Jenner and Kardashian family. From this lawsuit, Chyna lost her $100 million to Kim and Khloe Kardashian and also Kris and Kylie Jenner.
Chyna sued the family because she claimed that they defamed her and accused her of abuse in her relationship with Rob Kardashian.
She also claimed that the Kardashian/Jenner family interfered in her contract negotiations with E! and they also caused her reality show to get canceled.
As we already know, the Kardashian family is a cornerstone of E! television programming.
I think that if there was an ultimatum between the Kardashian show and the Blac Chyna show, the Kardashians would get their way.
