WWE Smackdown Results returned as is was reported Ronda Rousey suffered a severe injury and my not be able to compere in Money in the Bank.
Intercontinental Championship 0 GUNTHER w/Kaiser Wilhelm
GUNTHER tried to impose his will early on, but Ricochet used his speed to try to cut him down, then took a tremendous chop that leveled him.
GUNTHER took Ricochet to the floor as we headed to commercial.
Ricochet nearly won with a rollup, and then he continued to work GUNTHER over with kicks and a leg scissors that sent GUNTHER into the corner.
GUNTHER caught him off the ropes with a sleeper hold, but Ricochet flipped him over his shoulder. GUNTHER halted his momentum with a Clothesline from Hell for a near pinfall.

Ricochet hit a spring board moonsault and a standing shooting star press for a near pinfall. He then headed to the top rope but missed a 450 splash.
They exchanged dropkicks, and GUNTHER hit a powerbomb for the win.
Congratulations, Champ! This was a fun match, but it felt like it went a few minutes too long.
Riddle vs. Sami Zayn
This match has some interesting stipulations as if Zayn wins, Riddle is forever banned from Smackdown. But if Riddle wins, he’ll face Roman Reigns next week for the Universal Championship.
Riddle didn’t waste any time and went after Zayn’s arm with an armbar, and then when Zayn went to the floor he dragged him back and hit a series of kick against the apron.
Riddle took it to Zayn as Paul Heyman joined the commentary team and Zayn rolled to the floor.
Riddle followed him and Zayn caught him with a clothesline and slammed him into the announce desk before rolling Riddle into the ring for a pair of pin attempts.

Riddle headed to the top rope, but Zayn shoved him off and into the barricade as we headed to commercial.
Zayn kept up the pressure with a brainbuster for a near pinfall, and then threw Riddle to the floor again and into a ring post. Riddle barely made it back in to beat the count out as Zayn was content this time.
Riddle went for a super RKO, but Zayn fought him off and jumped into a knee strike for as close to a three count as possible.
Zayn added insult to injury as he hit a draping DDT, then mocked Orton’s Viper pose while Heyman yelled at him to cover Riddle.
Riddle got fired up and nailed him with a series of kicks to send Xayn to the floor, and hit a Flaoting Bro.
In the ring, Riddle hit a powerslam and draping DDT, followed by the viper’s pose, but Zayn countered a RKO attempt with a Blue Thunder Bomb for a near pinfall.
Heyman yelled for Zayn to pin him again, but Zayn either didn’t hear him or ignored him.
Riddle countered a Helluva Kick attempt with an RKO for the win.

Riddle stands tall
After the match, the Usos attacked Riddle from behind and pounded away on him and sent him to the floor.
Riddle grabbed a kendo stick and wore it out on the Usos and he followed them to the floor to beat on them some more before heading back into the ring to hold it.
This was a great match and it looks like the WWE may start improving their live shows and storytelling and less in ring promos and limited backstage interaction works best in our opinion.
We hope we’re not going to jinx them, but we’re crossing our fingers.
