‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers are set for some fun twists and turns coming our way in this episode, and we have the spoilery goodies to prove it.
We’re going to see a little but of everything in this one, and there’s plenty of potential for some cool moments and closures to some storylines.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Thursday, July 28: Shocking surprise
Things are going to take an interesting turn for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tate (Katelyn MacMullen), but it’s not going to be a bad turn or anything like that.
If anything, they’ll be concerned when Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) surprises them by knowing they’re pregnant.
She’ll explain that she put two and two together and overheard some talk, but the focus will be on Sasha’s wellbeing as they’ll be worried they might’ve helped trigger her mini breakdown.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Thursday, July 28: Dex at work
After he saved his backside when Josslyn Jacks Eden McCoy) recorded him and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) beating down Felty (Brian Norris), Dex (Evan Hofer) will try to parlay it into something more.
Sonny was warned that Dex is the type always looking to please, and for the life of us, ABC “General Hospital” Spoilers can’t figure out why he’s trusted so much given he just started, but Sonny could be up to something.
This may be the moment Sonny was waiting for as Dex will pledge himself to be the guy to take care of any situation that arises.
What’s funny is Dex will be saying that without making eye contact in the daily spoiler, and Sonny looked more intense than maybe he should.
It’ll be interesting to see if Sonny’s giving Dex enough rope to hang himself with, or if he’s really fallen for his claims and trusts him.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Thursday, July 28: Diane takes a chance
Thanks to Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) proving us wrong and showing that he is smart enough to pull come through, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will take advantage of his “mistakes”.
Of course, it’d make sense that he’ll be on the stand for her to cross examine him, and we expect him to bury Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) deep, but will stop short of giving himself up.
