The KarJenners, and definitely Kim Kardashian, are not new to accusations from various people; fans and celebrities alike. This is based on how public they have made their lives. The latest accusation that has been thrown at the SKIMS founder is from musician Audri Nix.
Audri Nix Seemingly Calls Kim K Out On Instagram
In Audri’s recent Instagram story posts, she seemed to have made slight remarks at Kim Kardashian. In one story post, she showed herself dressed in “poots” which is a term Kim Kardashian‘s fans have culled to refer to pants that also work as boots which Kim has been wearing quite often of late. Audri was dressed in a yellow-green version of a similar product and she captioned the post, “get me off your mood board.” It, therefore, appears that Audri was indirectly addressing Kim because she was recently dressed in the ‘poots.’ According to rumors, Audri once dated Kim’s ex-husband Kanye West and sent him the same pictures of herself wearing the neon poots while claiming to be the inspiration. Although it is hard to tell if Audri’s fashion choice was what pushed Kim into dressing that way, one thing that is certain is that the mother-of-four has been pulling off the outfit way before Audri wore it. Kim has been showing up in various Balenciaga outfits since 2021 and has also stepped out in poots of various colors so Audri’s claim might be wrong.
This is not the first time Kim has been accused of trying to rip someone off; even as she was recently sued for launching her skincare company, SKNN, even after a black-owned skincare boutique with the name SKKN+ sent her a cease-and-desist letter in 2021 which was way before her launch that was fixed for June 21, 2022. Kim was also bashed by many after there were claims that she stole the brand name from Lori Harvey (Steve Harvey’s daughter) as she launched her skincare brand, SKN in 2021. Many times, in her career, Kim has been accused of hijacking black culture. While it is uncertain whether Kim would respond to the latest accusation, many look forward to what she might say.
