It looks like there’s going to be a crime spree to start things off, but there’s also going to be some touching moments to help set the stage and we have a feeling there’s going to be some rough feels ahead.

There’s plenty of reasons to be optimistic in Salem as Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Jake Lambert (Brandon Barish) talk about their future in a touching scene.
They’ve been growing closer, so it only stands to reason that they’ll want to take the next step and dare the Salem spirit by talking about marriage.
With so many failures the last few months, what harm could one more do?
We already know it won’t be a good experience, but there’s always a chance they’ll get through a ceremony without being interrupted.
That is, if Salem allows them to get to a ceremony.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Monday, July 25: Danger’s afoot
With the recent release of some of prison’s finest into the streets of Salem, there’s bound to be some other elements that will feel emboldened to make a name for themselves.
Of course, it looks like Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will be the first to cross a potential mugger’s path and things will escalate from there.
NBC “Days of Our Lives” Spoilers are sure it won’t be entirely Nicole’s fault as there’s bound to be a third party that’ll help set things off.
On the plus side, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) walking in on them during the mugging will probably help Nicole, especially considering Eric’s newfound friend.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Monday, July 25: Making friends
We’re curious on whether Eric will start becoming friends and maybe something more with Salem’s new police detective Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) before or after he tries to help Nicole.
We think he’ll find them after he and Jada connect and become fast friends and he’ll stumble upon the crime after he leaves the Pub.
This would be near perfect as it’ll give him the backup he may need if he can keep the mugger busy long enough for Jada to step in and give a helping hand.
But things tend to go awry in Salem, so there’s every chance things will go sideways in a hurry.
