The life of WWE owner Vince McMahon is certainly an interesting one. This prompted Netflix to kick off production of a big documentary series based around the story of Vince, and likely the rise of WWE as well. However, it might well never see the light of day. In the face of recent controversies surrounding Vince, Netflix has reportedly pulled this series before it even got a release date.

Sources tell me that the Vince McMahon Netflix documentary has been pulled & is off the programming spreadsheet at Netflix. A source at Netflix confirmed it no longer being listed on their spreadsheet, another source at Netflix said ‘that shit’s out of here.’
Another source indicated that the project was already “deep” in post-production & that several talent interviews had been done months ago & that millions were spent. I spoke to one of the producers on the project, however they declined to confirm nor deny this story to me.”
Vince McMahon Will Need To Be Forced Out Of WWE
This is a tricky situation, as with so much work already done – it sucks for the team who was working to put this all together. However, attaching yourself to Vince McMahon right now is a horrible idea. There’s been a push on social media for Vince to step down from his role in WWE, which is still unlikely to happen.
Right now, Vince McMahon remains the head of creative in WWE, but daughter Stephanie McMahon has taken over CEO duties. Add in Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque returning to work following a cardiac event in 2021, and this duo might well be on road to siding with Nick Khan to take control of WWE.
