During the Tell-All, Thaís had revealed that Patrick had been having an affair eight months into their relationship. She said this when Patrick accused her of keeping her pregnancy from him. A year ago, he was doing fertility tests because he had no sperm due to the performance drug he was using, which also ended his weightlifting career.

Thaís did not know about his issue until a year after they into their relationship, and she was upset that he wouldn’t be able to give her kids. However, Thais became pregnant, and she was really worried. She took six tests and even had to visit gynaecologist. She then confided in a female best friend instead of telling her partner. The pregnancy left fans confused because they know that Patrick has low sperm count, so during a Q&A session on Instagram, someone asked Thaís to shed more light on the issue as they could not “understand right in the show.”
The 90 Day Fiancé star then told them that viewers “got it wrong.” She said that one day in Brazil, her period was late, but he had assured her that she wasn’t pregnant because “he thinks he does not have sperm.” She had also been taking birth control pills for two years because she wasn’t aware of the sperm issue.
Thais said that Patrick “took the test and proved it” and the results showed that he was right, so she stopped taking birth control. She went on to explain that Patrick had started his treatment so that they could conceive when they “wanted a child.”
After they got married, Thaís found out she was pregnant, and they were surprised as they didn’t expect quick results from the treatment. In fact, they were uncertain about the result. Now, the duo are expecting a baby girl, and during the reunion, Thais was already 16 weeks pregnant, and fans can’t wait to meet their baby girl in the fall.
