‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out in style with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
Relationships look to be up for grabs in Genoa City as there’s some honing in happening as well as some defending their ground, and these could open up some interesting storylines.
After all, daytime television loves shaking up romances to keep things fresh. Even if they’re ones fans may not want to see.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, August 12: Chelsea does it again
Since she started working with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) has been growing more comfortable with her new career and working environment.
She also has a habit of falling for the men that are kind to her and help her, whether they’re attached or not.
It looks like it’s going to be Billy’s turn to be selected and there’s a chance Chelsea will try to rekindle what they had.
We don’t think it’ll be overt, but something will happen and Billy will help her and it’ll set off a couple of sparks.
Billy is happy with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), but he’s always been a riverboat gambler that can never stay settled down, so there is a possibility.
For Chelsea, we don’t think she’ll want to break them up or take Billy away, but feeling will keep growing and it’ll eventually turn into a success or she’ll look for ways to win him over, violently if possible.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, August 12: Nate’s gonna get it
Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is a kind, caring, and generous man and it’s going to get him into some serious trouble. Oh, did we mention he has moments of acting really dumb?
Yep, as if telling Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) he’s doing this or that and can’t be somewhere, and then drops everything when Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) arrives.
In this case, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect Elena to have the “good luck” to walk by and see Nate and Imani talking and she’ll have questions.
Especially since Nate often says he’s tired or this or that, and it’ll get Elena to wondering what all is going on. So, she’ll confront him about it and things could get dicey.
Nate may not mean for his actions to come across like he is, but he really should no better.
