Right now, Finn Balor is in as good a position as fans have ever seen him in on the WWE main roster. He’s leading a faction with Damien Priest & Rhea Ripley backing him up, and with Triple H in control of the creative choices for the WWE main roster? He could reach the main event once again. However, he has a member in mind to join The Judgement Day – who would make them into a bigger threat.
Finn Balor Discusses Potential Judgement Day Members
While speaking about The Judgement Day on the Out of Character podcast with Ryan Satin – he’d speak about some potential recruits on the roster. Balor has a few ideas, but only sees one potentially working out. He wants AJ Styles in The Judgement Day.
“Hopefully we add more members. I had thought of a couple people, said Balor. “I love Walter, but he’s doing his own thing. Tommaso Ciampa is doing his thing with Miz, so that’s kind of off the table. Maybe AJ, you know. We haven’t essentially fallen out, we’re just not on the same page. Maybe AJ, bring AJ in. I think his work as a heel is just, pardon the pun, but phenomenal… or we could go and find someone new, a fresh face from NXT. Given a little more time to think about it, I could have given you a better answer. I’d love Brock in the Judgment Day.”
Without a doubt, this faction will grow. Styles would be a good fit, as he slows down in the ring – and stays away from the main event scene. Balor & Styles have similar paths in professional wrestling, both getting their name out there as leaders of the BULLET CLUB faction in NJPW. Balor started the faction, and Styles was the second leader after Balor was kicked out. Styles was also the first member of BULLET CLUB to win the IWGP Heavyweight Championship, something Balor never achieved.
