It seems the Kardashian family don’t understand that it isn’t long before the Earth runs out of fresh water as they have been wasting water. According to reports, the reality TV family have refused to adhere to LA County’s water usage limits, especially when Southern California is currently dealing with another year of drought.
Kardashian Sisters Issued ‘Notices Of Exceedance’
According to public data obtained by The Los Angeles Times recently, Kardashian sisters, Kim and Khloe exceeded the water usage limit in June. The siblings were among the 2000+ customers who received the notice from the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District. It was also stated in the report that Kim K’s neighbouring properties in Hidden Hills used 232,000 excess gallons of water.

Khloe’s home in Calabasas also drained about 101,000 gallons more than the allotted limit. This means that the Kardashian sisters overused 333,000 gallons, which is nearly half the amount of water needed to fill up an Olympic-sized swimming pool. However, the Kardashian sisters aren’t the only celebrities that violated the water use limit in LA.
Popular stars including comedian Kevin Hart reportedly used about 117,000 gallons of water. Actor Sylvester Stallone also made it to the list of offenders. Former NBA player Dwayne Wade, and actress Gabrielle Union also made it to the list. The document stated that the water allowance in the county is decided by the size of the property and the number of people living on the property.
Kim Kardashian Seems Not To Care About The Environment
The Kardashian clan have previously faced backlashes for not caring about climate change. Kim K and Kylie Jenner were bashed for using private jets excessively. While the SKIMS founder’s jet is worth $150 Million and her sister’s own is about $72.8 Million. But, it was not the money they spent that caught fans’ attention. They the unnecessary usage adds to the existing issues of global warming.
