Despite their multiple breakups, Liz said yes when Big Ed asked her to marry him. On Happily Ever After? season 7, theirstoryline is problematic, and in a recent episode, Liz told her friend that her fiance made hurtful comments about her weight.

Now, she complains that the only time she gets uninterrupted “me time” is when she’s at the gym. When Big Ed looked at pictures of her when she lost weight, “do you ever think about being back to that size?”
A Reddit user femme_fatale2022 posted a meme, calling out Big Ed’s hypocrisy. A lot of commenters agreed that Ed isn’t exactly have an amazing body, so he shouldn’t judge anyone’s body, especially his fiancée’s. “Pot calling the kettle black,” someone said. “He’s projecting,” another person wrote. “He’s such a disgusting person.” Some commenters doubted that therapy really changed him.
Some fans, however, didn’t have much sympathy for Ed’s fiancée.
