‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to kick off a new week with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
It looks like there are going to be some tough decisions to be made in Genoa City, and there’s a good chance they could lead to some interesting storylines.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, September 12: Saving Sally
With Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s nepotism reaching new heights, we think Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will attempt to intercede in a unique way.
While both are pleased with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope)’s work, Nick especially has an axe to grind with Victor since he wants to fire her and put Nick in her spot.
Nick has other ideas, and this is going to be a curious one as we expect he and Victoria will team up not to bring Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) back to Newman, but to make Sally look so much better even Victor can’t ignore it.
But we’re sure he will. Skill’s not the issue for him, only blood.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, September 12: Nate shakes things up
It’s easy to look at Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) as the aggrieved party in this relationship, but a good boss listens to their people and doesn’t discount their ideas due to lack of experience, and Devon’s business lost money when he didn’t have his billions to help buoy it a few years back.
And with everyone else in Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic)’s corner idea wise, it’s going to create an interesting scenario with Nate quitting.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers don’t blame him, but he shouldn’t just quit. He had the best opportunity to share everything and it put Devon on the spot as relying on his experience that, doesn’t show a great track record without his fortune attached.
This could’ve opened up the door for Nate to get his own section of the company as all he’s been trying to do is prove himself to Devon. Him walking out, while dumb and could hurt him, may also be the catalyst for Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) to step in and give some advice to Devon.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, September 12: Caught in the middle
Not only is Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) caught in the middle of Nate and Devon’s argument, but she’s also going to be dealing with the bombshell news that Jill wants to take the company public.
That’s going to be tricky, and we can’t help but wonder if there’s something Jill isn’t telling them since the reason companies go public is mainly to pay off debts and to grow.
Of course, this could just be us overthinking things, but having control taken away from them and put into the hands of a board of directors will have Lily and Devon wringing their hands at the possibilities.
