‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to jump into hump day with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
We’re going to get some interesting relationship angles in this episode as some are going to near implosion, another continues as it always has, and a new one starts to blossom. Plenty of cool twists coming, so let’s dive in!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, September 14: Victor continues his manipulation
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers should’ve known Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) wouldn’t give up without trying every angle, and we’re curious what he’s going to throw at Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to keep his current run going.
It may be worded differently than Victor’s attempts to plan a seed of doubt in Jack’s head about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), but it’ll imply the same that Adam’s just using Jack and will destroy Jabot to get his way if he needs to.
We doubt Jack will do much listening, and he may even throw out a few more references about everyone deserves a second chance and so on.
This should be fun just to watch Victor think he’s making inroads with Jack.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, September 14: Boiling over
It’s been coming and now it looks like Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic)’s current conflict is going to reach new heights as they’ll once again fail to come to an agreement.
Devon want’s blind obedience and Nate wants to be heard and not ignored. In may ways, it’s similar to Victor and Adam’s relationship, especially with Devon looking up to Victor.
While Devon is the boss, he’s been failing miserably by immediately dismissing Nate’s ideas because he’s not being complacent. A good boss listens to everyone, but pay close attention to what a COO says instead of brushing off their ideas.
Devon’s shown he’s open to Nate’s ideas when they come from Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) but not Nate, and we doubt things will settle down anytime soon.
Both are used to running things, and Devon’s too locked into his business model that lost money when he didn’t have his billions to balance the ledger while Nate’s eager to prove himself. Maybe too eager.
This’ll be a fun divorce to watch.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, September 14: It’s noticeable
It didn’t take long for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) to find someone to grow attached to, and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is the perfect guy in many ways.
He’s kind, caring, and a Newman. For whatever reason, the women in Genoa City can’t keep their hands off the Newman men.
The only hitch with their budding relationship is Adam will be among the first to spot them and figure out there’s chemistry going on there.
It’ll be curious to see if this will eat away at him and cause him to resent Nick, or will he truly move on and make his new life better to spite Victor?
