We’re going to have an interesting episode that’s going to give us some fun character development moments and we’re stoked to see who loses their cool first. Let’s dig in!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, September 22: Nothing like short leashes
With Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) being forced to play nice after their children’s decrees, interactions between them are going to be priceless.
It’s going to be really interesting now that Phyllis and company’s full time assault has cracked Diane’s armor. We think Phyllis will feel she’s won and will try to kill Diane with kindness.
Since both of them will be fired if either one starts anything, Phyllis may believe she’ll be able to finagle her way out of trouble if she pushed Diane too far, and we suspect she has a back up plan in motion just in case.
But to be fair, Phyllis may be feeling false pride at her actions since Diane only showed her “true colors” after being verbally assaulted nearly nonstop, and this could blow up in the red head’s face big time.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, September 22: Surprise discovery
Since ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are on the topic, we’re going to keep things going at Marchetti as Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) are going to make a surprising discovery.
While it could be anything from gifts to each other to finding more planted documents on Diane’s computer or flawed figures handed in, we’re going with the latter.
We think they’ll find something that shows Diane made a mistake or is skimming off the top and Kyle and Summer will immediately take sides.
Kyle won’t want to fire Diane if Phyllis did something, and Summer will feel the same if Diane set her mom up. In the end, they’ll be forced to follow Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)’s decree and that won’t go over well.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, September 22: Noah’s reveal
It’s been a minute, but Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) will finally reveal his new club at the top of the Grand Phoenix.
Since the hotel was sold to Lily Winters (Christal Khalil), changes have been made and we think and Noah’s new club will probably be a new set going forward.
There will be some issues with this as many fans have been calling for old favorite sets to return, but it doesn’t look like we’re going to have any luck with that.
