90 Day Fiancé’s Tiffany Franco looks different now after undergoing bariatric surgery and losing 80 pounds.
After her split from Ronald Smith, Tiffany is now on The Single Life season 3,shwoing off a new version of herself, following her weight loss surgery in June 2021. Tiffany had announced that she wanted to get a gastric sleeve surgery, and over the past year, she stayed away from any spin off, and continued updating her fans on Instagram.

In July 2022, the reality TV show star announced that she had lost 80 pounds and was already 18 pounds away from her ideal weight of 190 pounds. Tiffany, who used to wear a bigger size (XXL) now wears “medium” sized clothes. When Tiffany revealed her surgery, Ronald was against it.
He wanted her to “put in the work” to lose weight because it would make her appreciate her weight loss results more. However, Tiffany went on with her plan and she started losing pounds. In fact, Ronald broke up with his new girlfriend, Lauren Fraser when he saw her revenge body photos.
In January of this year, 90 Day Fiancé’s Tiffany confirmed that she and her South African partner, Ronald had rekindled their love. In July, she shared a now-deleted intimate clip of them in bed to Instagram. In the same month, Ronald posted a picture of them kissing. However, on 90 Day: The Single Life, Tiffany says she finds it very difficult to move on from Ronald.
It also seems that her date with an old flame, Fabian does not end on a good note, after the man asks her to go to his room with him. It seems Tiffany and Ronald are back together now and The Single Life was filmed during their short breakup in 2021 or early this year. Even though Tiffany’s love life is complicated, she seems to be doing well on her weight loss journey.
